Integrative psychotherapy can help.
Integrative psychotherapy is the combination of classical therapies and holistic or alternative treatments for treating issues related to anxiety, depression, and stress. The therapies that are used are ones that have been tested by time and science and have been proven to work. The therapies I utilize, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) (which is a form of cognitive behavior therapy), existential therapy, and depth psychology, combined with treatments such as exercise, mindfulness, and nutrition, will be my guide while developing a personal plan for you. A plan that’s based on your goals and your needs. A plan that’s based on YOU.
The way to mental health
Our sessions will be different then what usually takes place in therapy. We will focus on the whole you. Through addressing the total person, that is addressing your body through nutrition and exercise; your spirit through mindfulness; and your mind through a combination of cognitive behavior therapy and depth psychology, you can achieve lasting changes.
These changes will result in less anxiety, less depression, more satisfaction, better relationships, and more ability to handle and cope with adversity. As a matter of fact, research has shown that the methods that I use in therapy are two to five times as effective as traditional therapy.
What next?
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. During that time we can further discuss the issues you are having and how to find solutions to them. I will also be able to tell you if I work the particular issues you are having. If I don’t, I will try to find someone who does.
So, what can you do. You’ve already taken the first step. The next one is to make the call or send the email. Do it today and start to live the life you want.
